Drunken Ramblings from Tizzys Tavern. Or Happy Hour 4 - 8! Winter" is over, here in SoCal. Mar 20th, 2014 at 7:25 AM. I know anecdotes are not data, and that weather is not climate, BUT. For the first time in the decade that I've lived out in the No, Oh, NO! We had not one single morning of frost. Not one. The lows usually dip into the high 20's at my place in the deepest winter, this past winter they never got below the mid-30's. Not once. News and Opinion for us Pinko Commies. Im an Infidel, are you?
