Damn if it didn't almost. Let me preface this by saying all parties involved were clothed. I was about to pop one on her foot when I stopped and decided to pre-warm the sock by breathing into it. I know you've all done this with gloves - so have I. But never before with a sock. Never again. Posted by ResearchGuy @ 7:19 AM. Y'know,...

When are we ever going to use this? The whole art of teaching is only the art of awakening the natural curiosity of young minds for the purpose of satisfying it afterwards." -Anatole France. Saturday, September 03, 2005. Just finished my first 4 days of preservice work. Since we moved to a new (to us) facility this year there has been a lot of unpacking and scrounging of materials. Reflections of an ever-evolving educator. Saturday, December 11, 2004. I can't believe I just spent the last 5 hours writing my final exam. What's REALLY sad about that is that I didn't even WRITE most of it- I simply tweaked questions that came with our textbook materials. Out of 120 questions, I might have authored about 25. Most of the time was spent rearranging, formatting, double-checking for accuracy- I'm just so glad it's finally done. It's almost over- for now. Posted by lit lover @ 4:11 PM.
