The Power Family Blog. Finding glimpses of heaven in everyday life. Monday, May 21, 2012. I am so late getting this up.but I have been too busy enjoying her! I've also been too busy getting up to nurse and change a bazillion poopy diapers, and playing in the sun with Alli and Drew in the back yard. Allison arrived on April 20th, at 12:56 in the afternoon, and weighed 9 lbs 5.9 oz. Big girl! I at least got one child who looks like me, since her brother is pretty much a replica of Jason!

My teachers feel SO BAD for me. If any doubt remained, it dissipated when I checked my grades, prayers having wound down to a request that God give me only the courage to carry on. In addition to my now mended Shelly grade (B), I saw two As and an A-. I know better than to think that I somehow earned those, because I can remember each professor's grading system as set forth in their respective syllabi. Different percentages for each area of performance. "Effort" was not a category. The best I could hope.

The Paul Family Blog. Jason, Nadia, Bo and Brady. Sunday, January 2, 2011. This year, Jason and I were invited up north to Clear Lake to celebrate the New Year with my friend, Shaun. Shaun and I met through the ACNP program and have become very good friends! We had a great time! They catered a delicious dinner, followed by an 'open bar' where we enjoyed many drinks! As the evening went on, Jason geared up for the annual Polar Bear Dip! Each year, the men 'dip' into the ice cold lake water! We had a BLAST!
