Ok so we did legs today but Didn't do back squats as we have been doing them for the last 2 months so we just did something different today. Sled Leg Press ( counting the sled it self as 45 lbs thou i know its probly about 120 or so lbs. but just to keep the weights easy to keep track of I count it as 45 lbs ). 1315 x 6 ( 1125 plus 190 lbs girl sitting on it ). Cybex Leg Pres ( isolate top of the quad a bit more ). 160 x 10 reps.

Power Lifter Shawn Rainey. Friday, February 26, 2010. We didn't leave the squat rack all day long! As the Title says, we were stuck in the squat rack, well at least for 20 sets. Wow this was pretty crazy! This was on Thursday and now its Friday and I'm not even sore, WTF! Leg work outs are getting a bit ridiculous. Anyways the sets went like this. 135 x 5 x 1 set ( plus 70 in chain's ). 225 x 5 x 2 sets ( plus 70 in chain's ). 315 x 5 x 2 sets ( plus 70 in chain's ). 405 x 5 x 1 set( plus 70 in chain's ).
