Monday, June 15, 2009. Last Wednesday was an exciting day for our little family. Jackson graduated from Kindergarten! He has had an amazing year and has done so well. We are going to miss his amazing teacher dearly. Here are some highlights of the day. I was presented (along with all of the other Mom's) with a corsage made by my little guy. All of the kids looked adorable in their red felt caps. A Little entertainment before the ceremony, The Chicken Dance. Watching the butterflies flutter away.

Tuesday, June 16, 2009. We just planted out veggie garden a little over a month ago so I was shocked when Zach brought these bad boys in last night. I am SO excited! Mostly because I actually cared for a plant long enough for it to reward me and that we go through quite a few zucchini's every week. Sunday, June 7, 2009. I will most likely paint it when I have more time and perhaps some cute new pulls but for the time being it will do. It fit perfectly between the door and the end of the carpet, it was meant for this small space. We have the same problem! Thursday, June 4, 2009. Just a little Veggie Update. I have had a few of my blog readers ask how our little veggie boxes were doing so here is an update. I think we are at about 3 weeks in the ground. The Volunteer (is it pumpkins or is it watermelon? Strawberries. They are doing SO well and are already bearing fruit, YAY! The Green Beans, they already have a couple of hanging guys! After not too much luck in our mini-green house the Butter Lettuce started to sprout outdoors. I ♥ these sites.

Friday, June 5, 2009. And speaking of Veggies. Here is a whole box full of more locally grown, pesticide free, inexpensive goodness from Rutiz Farms. Included in this box are the following items:. Jerry's "Sierra Gold" potatoes. Salad mix with spinach and arugula. 1 basket of strawberries. All for a reasonable $14! That was for a sprig! So we went to traders and got the huge box or like $2! Monday, June 15, 2009. T-Ball has officially come to an end this year. Yesterday we attended the closing day ceremony where only half of the team was able to show up and receive their trophies.
