http://smallandsimple2.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
The Small and Simple Things. Lillian Charlotte- 14 months. Aleia Caroline- 14 months. This is Brooke trying to make her order for her Crepes. It was so funny. My little kitchen helpers. I know they are not dressed, but it seems I just have to wash their clothes if I put them on them, so only on special occasions do they get to be dressed:). Moss scored big this year! After receiving inspiration from Calvin and Hobbes, the gaurd of our fort was shot down by the gunman behind the tree. (Really he just ...

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. We had a little graduation and party for our preschool co-op. These kids have grown up a lot this year. It was fun to see their skills and friendships grow. It was a great group of moms and I will miss this next year. We met Erica and her boys at the zoo. It was a cool morning, but the animals were out and active. It was. Ashley's first time to the zoo since she was a baby and it was fun to see her reactions to the animals. Austin is so cute with Nicole. Monday, May 30, 2011. It wa...

The Small and Simple Things: May 2011

The Small and Simple Things. So I was spoiled with Jewelry this Mother's day. Winchester has a sweet little downtown that the locals really support. So Moss took the kids out and let them pick something out for me. And I honestly reply, "Not very gracefully." We may have a lot of chaos around here at 3 standish lane, but nevertheless I am so glad for our family and I wouldn't change it for anything. Mary's 11th Birthday (early). Let the fun begin, again. Second, The Craft. Third, The S'mores. If I had kn...

Sunday, May 20, 2012. Kansas City Temple Open House. As Mariah said, "This hotel is paradise." Obviously we haven't stayed in enough really great hotels with them before. They loved the fountains and the glass elevators. I would move to the Embassy Suites if it was possible. Breakfast cooked hot every morning by someone who isn't me. That is my idea of Paradise! We got in late Friday Night and then went swimming the next morning. Then it was off to the open house. Cora playing on the beds. We ate yummy c...

Monday, December 17, 2012. I promise to post pictures and events of Ivy's birth soon. I just need to do a little catch up first. The First Day of School (actually the 2nd day - I forgot on the first! Cora - because she wanted her picture taken. One last cookout in the fire pit. Good times! We cannot wait to do it again. Maybe this winter? Ruthie lost her first tooth! Lindsay and Cora because they wanted their pictures taken. Cora wanted to be in the leaves whenever possible. I wanted to post this picture...

The Small and Simple Things: January 2012

The Small and Simple Things. The Hunt for the Perfect Christmas Tree. We left our house on the perfect afternoon to begin our tradition of cutting down our own Christmas tree. After about 20 minutes and climbing 1000ft in elevation, we ended up in quite the snow storm. There are somethings you just can't disguise, and the fact that we are a bunch of city slickers gone country is pretty obvious. Lillian above, aleia below). So, here it is in all its glory. Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Angela and Ashley's birthdays are one day apart, so we celebrated together. Angela got breakfast in bed on her birthday. Emily got it ready all by herself, including buying the candy bar ahead of time and wrapping it up. What a lucky girl! Angela turned 8 this year, so she got her own scriptures in preparation for her baptism. Yummy chocolate mousse cake! She has my love of chocolate! I took some pictures of her outside. Emily helped Ashley open her presents. Chloe got her ...

Monday, December 19, 2011. Nicole started this all on her own and has been busy for hours now. I haven't helped her at all. She says she is making crowns for her friends to wear at her birthday party. It's hard to explain to her that her birthday is over a month away. She has been a busy, happy girl today! The Small and Simple Things. The Whole Fenberg Clan. What would like be like without family? We sure love ours! Camping with the Cousins. We made a mad dash trip to NC for a long Labor Day weekend. The driving was horrendous, but the camping was a blast. Fortunate for Jake he does have boy cousins! They are all finally old enough to play together and have a good time romping in the dirt. Of course there is nothing better then getting all dolled up in the woods. Manicure anyone? Fun on the Farm. Wraylynn ...
