Learning to preserve the harvest for future enjoyment! A workshop at Preserve the Bounty is the opportunity for the participants to have a hands on experience in canning. We hold workshops at the Farm or your location. We bring all that is needed for a workshop on site. You just provide your desire to learn and have fun. Workshops are available on a 4 hour block or a 6 hour block. When you come to us the workshops are just 35.00 per person, and we can accommodate up to 8 persons per class.

Learning to preserve the harvest for future enjoyment! A demonstration is the opportunity for "Preserve the Bounty" to come to you for a showing of how the process of canning works. The demonstrations are an on going "Canning in the Kitchen" theme that covers how to do preserving in jars during the course of the demonstration. This is NOT a Hands on but a visual demonstration of how the process of home food preservation works. Demonstrations are always fun and interactive.
