This past week some of our friends who had moved to Utah came into town for a quick visit and so we headed to meet them at the beach and have a fun afternoon. The girls were extremely excited and had a whole list of things they wanted to do with Grandma. Although we didn't get to cross everything off, we did have a lot. Had to stop and get an elephant ear. We had a party for her at our house and had our family and some of her friends and their families. Over for a Italian. Potluck. The place looked like a mad house with what seemed like a hundred kids running around in every age group but I think everyone, especially the birthday girl had a good time so we consider it a success. We were a little skeptical about the dance, since we are a bit on the shy side when it comes to dancing, but we knew there would be good food so the girls and I put on our pink and headed into Oregon City to meet dad.
