A Message From Prevention Time. Prevention Time was established in 2009 after a small group from a non-denominational Christian church in Federal Way, Washington, visited Tugela Ferry, South Africa. It is in the Msinga district in the KwaZulu-Natal province, which has a high concentration of HIV. While there, we partnered with the Rock of Life Church, who are trying to meet the needs of people in the community. We watched the Reach4Life. Lorna, Kim, Mary, John, Mindy, and Ed.
