With friday and saturday being such heavy food days i figured I could go with a low calorie day thrown in there to balance things out. I started off the morning with strawberries and pecans….I know i’ve said it a million times, but I love strawberries! Lunch was a house salad with chicken kebobs on it and dinner was stuffed eggplant with ground beef and onions in a tomato sauce.
