What a Hot Mess! 10% of exam questions are drug ads and studies that are Fake! You have less than 60 seconds to read them then do some math in some cases or conclusions to answer! This test is luck! The Luck in guessing. Hey USMLE how about real ads so these questions are real! So what we may have read them?

Yes this is medical related. While McDonalds made me happy with the posting of the Calories of each sandwich and meal, the recent price increase seems extreme. Yes yes prices go up.But why? McDonalds is the largest Fast Food chain in the USA and because of that has a huge buying power. Power that should keep prices lower.

Kaplan or Usmle World, USMLE World updates faster to new content I have found. Normal things done by nurses is not done on the questions like UA for instance, you have to order it.
