Kitchen Walls Painted | projectbungalow
https://projectbungalow.wordpress.com/2008/08/17/kitchen-walls-painted
August 17, 2008 at 10:16 pm. One step closer to complete on the my kitchen remodel. This weekend I finished up painting the walls. The color I used is Benjamin Moore Louisburg Green (HC-113). This is a bold green and I think it ties in nicely with the floor and white wainscoating. This is the picture of the window seat. The built-in for the eating area. Entry filed under: Uncategorized. This supplier of door is located in Oxnard. The prices on Brazilian Mahogany interiro and exterior doors look very reasonable. I am planning a road trip to check the doors out in person. Http:/ www.craftsmandoors.com/. The doors here appear to be a bit higher end, but are quite beautiful. The provide Bungalow Style doors in addition to Craftsman style. These guys are located in Washington, so I doubt I will be able to see these doors in person. 1 Comment Add your own. March 22, 2007 at 3:50 pm.

Archive for March, 2008. No more drywall to install. Today was a key milestone for my project. The last drywall screw was driven home today. Now with all the drywall and plaster work done It’s time to focus on the trim. I never realized how much a house’s appearance depends upon the trim. Last week I shared some photos of my pocket door installation. Below are the before and after photos. You can see the full resolution images at flickr by clicking on either of the photos. Kitchen Trim Work | projectbungalow
https://projectbungalow.wordpress.com/2008/07/19/kitchen-trim-work
July 19, 2008 at 11:42 pm. The next big step is to get all the the trim work complete in my kitchen. Then it’s on to painting and lighting fixtures. The picture below shows how I have decided to do the finish work, For the casing above the wndows, I decided upon a simple detail. I used 1″ and 3/4″ square sticks to create detail on the window and door way headers. It was less expensive than buying mouldings and I think it fits pretty nicely with the overall design. Adding a Covered Deck. After a hiatus, I am back to posting. Work required extensive travel over the past couple years, limiting my progress on the project. A covered deck is the latest addition. The motivation for this project was two-fold: add space for relaxing and entertaining, while reducing the energy footprint of the house. January 2, 2013 at 5:57 pm. A New Douglas Fir Front Door. I went with douglas fir as it was somewhat less expensive and matched the interior woodwork. I used a walnut stain...
