Stage 3 – Norwood to Campbelltown | Riding For David
https://promisetopedal.wordpress.com/2014/01/23/stage-3-norwood-to-campbelltown
Fulfilling a promise to pedal. Beat Cancer Tour 2014. Stage 3 – Norwood to Campbelltown. Things have been going very well. The stages are flying by, and (touch wood) everything has been going our way so far. Todays official stage distance was 145km, but like most days, there were some extra kms getting to the start, and then home, making the day 170kms with 2100 meters of climbing. As I am concerned I am getting to the point where my body is starting to object to the daily abuse! January 23, 2014. You...

Fulfilling a promise to pedal. Beat Cancer Tour 2014. Quest for David fulfilled. I really didnt know what I would make as my last post. The journey has come to an end, and I want to finish this blog on the right note. Not that dissimilar to when an author writes an amazing book, and then stuffs up the final chapter. To frame the below, I never had the priveledge to meet my grandfather. 8212;—–. Looking at you and reading your thoughts I was struck with how much like my father you are. You look like h...

Stage 4 – Unley to Victor Harbour | Riding For David

Fulfilling a promise to pedal. Beat Cancer Tour 2014. Stage 4 – Unley to Victor Harbour. I write this from the team bus as we roll back to Adelaide. Todays fourth stage was also the mass partitipation stage, with the public chosing from 4 distances, and 7000 entrants. We rolled up the freeway climb, which was surprisingly long, and took around half an hour. We were very lucky to have a police escort up the freeway which was a fun experience. I am shattered so will end the post here, thank you for reading.

Not just a GP. Why GP is the greatest job in the world. David Chessor, Media Tart. August 7, 2013. By Dr David Chessor. When I started medical school, multiple people said to me that the medical jargon you need to learn during medical school is the equivalent of learning:-. A) a new language, or. B) seven thousand new words, or. C) other impressive feats of linguistic prowess. Deserves praise and admiration. (As long as you don’t require too much of an explanation). Or perhaps some kind of Kiwi medicine&...

Not just a GP. Why GP is the greatest job in the world. David Chessor, Media Tart. Things I’ve learnt from working in an AMS. September 20, 2013. By Dr David Chessor. I’ve had quite a few more visitors than normal this week to notjustagp.com, thanks to the extremely humbling experience of last week being named GPET Registrar of the Year for 2013. It’s made me think I have to capitalise on this by getting back on the blog-wagon! It tends to suffer when life gets busy…). 1 As a non-Indigenous Australian, a...

promise to nourish | Nourishment for the body and mind
Nourishment for the body and mind. November 16, 2012. Time flies when you’re having fun! Ok so first off, I have to apologise for not blogging in such a long time! I have recently received an offer for some free personal training sessions. My first one (an initial body assessment and general discussion) is on Saturday (tomorrow). I’ve always been a bit wary about personal training. I’m not sure how well I will cope with someone telling me what to do and how to do it! Why or why not? Did it work for you?
