Are able to do fast and precise CNC milling and turning. Our CNC lathe is a Hyundai Hit 15, with a 12-station turret. We can do chuck work to a diameter of up to 260mm and maximum length of 500mm. We can also do collet work up to 2 diameter using our automatic bar feeder. Our CNC mill is a Ping Jeng 1350-A, with a maximum travel of 1350 X 500 X500, and a 16 station tool station. Because this machine has an open design, we can machine some materials that are up to 8 metres long!

Has qualified welders with 4711 tickets to do a wide variety of mig welding, ranging from small mechanical components for the electrical switchgear industry, decorative street light poles for both subdivisions and town cnetres, and special 1-off projects such as the pallet roll-over conveyor (pic to the right) which we manufactured for Jamie Hardie Ltd.

Can cut a variety of materials, both quickly and accurately. On our Carif bandsaw we have the capacity to cut 300mm wide flat, 300mm diameter round and 200 X 200 hollow section. Our 55 ton Geka Hydracrop is capable of cutting 300 X 12 flat, and 120 X 120 X 100 angle. It also has punch and notch stations which can be easily set up for short or long production runs.
