Sunday, January 13, 2008. Sunday (1.13.08). I know the weather was nice, but it was too cold to risk trying to ride early am outside. Ride Time: 60 minutes. I spent the first 30 minutes building up a steady effort into some tempo riding. The last 30 minutes was spent varying the pace with some mock hills and short efforts.
