The office succeeded in winning international competitions to design first the City University of Hong Kong and then the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and subsequent commissions have included healthcare, education, residential, scientific research, manufacturing and transportation facilities.

The New Medical Complex for The University of Hong Kong is under construction: 50,000 square metres state-of-the-art laboratories and support facilities for a wide range of teaching and research disciplines. Tseung Kwan O Hospital is completed. This highly serviced hospital includes clinical pathology, pharmacy and radiology departments and has been procured under an 'enhanced design and build' contract. The Open University of Hong Kong is awarded a top-level "Excellent" environmental rating.
