6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Registration: 5:30 to 6:00 PM Monday or Thursday. Exercise and Fitness for Ages 7 and Older. Classes consist of conditioning exercises, stretching exercises, learning defensive techniques, practicing techniques with partners, learning katas (forms), and kumite (controlled sparring). At all times we practice courtesy and respect. While there is light contact in learning the Martial Arts, safety is our primary concern. The center is open year round except for holidays.
