Sunday, July 22, 2012. I’m trying a little experiment today. I am using our food dehydrator to try to recrisp some strawberries that got squishy (because someone didn’t seal the bag properly). In the past we have done this with crackers and cookies, and it has worked great. I’m not so sure that it will work with the strawberries though, since they were actually freeze-dried. I know i have Celiac disease but just wont face the facts. Its runs in my family. Every aunt on my dads side has it and it was passed on to me unfortunately. Since the debut of our new and occasionally fabulous electronic medical record at work, my days in clinic have gone from long to longer. As much as I love my coworkers, I loved getting home before 7:30 much more. Not only does it cut into my work out time, but it also makes it hard to get home in time to spend quality time with Rick and cook dinner! I stumbled across this recip.

Since I was pretty impressed with my last attempt at making chicken salad,. I thought that I'd give it another try. I found this recipe.
