Parasomnias seem to be the result of when the mind and body are no longer connected as you sleep. Some cases have shown that such disorders are indicative of a neuromuscular diseases and can be treated accordingly. In some cases, some people seem to enjoy it and view it with a sense of humor. However, it can be disturbing, annoying, embarrassing and is a potentially serious problem for some couples and individuals. Treating this disorder is tricky at best, although not impossible.
