http://perpetualnomming.blogspot.com/2013/06/dark-chocolate-bark.html
Monday, June 3, 2013. So let me now introduce you to my new favorite chocolate bark. Spicy mama, meet my lovely reader. When I took my first nibble of the bark, my taste buds were pleasantly surprised. My favorite part about the bark is that the chili is undetectable while you're indulging and then BAM! It reveals itself after you go nomnomnom. 6 oz bittersweet chocolate. 7 apricots, chopped into 4ths. 1/4 tsp chili powder. Coarse sea salt for sprinkling. My entire batch was about 250g. Food photos to adore. August 10, 2013 2 Comments. Its a cloudy day out today. A foggy haze lingers, hugging the hilltops with its breath, content to rest sleepily, idly. We have had a busy morning amidst bus ride adventures to town to forage through the city library and sit cosied up on beanbags, towers of books peering over us, monsters and dinosaurs of every colour, size and shape staring back at us from the paper pages thumbed under fingers. UTRV) Seriously worth a visit if you have yet to go there.

Monday, June 17, 2013. Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies. Hello, hello. Let's talk about being healthy for a bit, okay? Damn straight, homies. I swear this isn't some sort of BS. Now, the lecturing is about to begin. I'll go through why flour and gluten were cut out of my diet; benefits of honey (yes these are sugar free); and a little bit of my recent exercise routine, HIIT. Now we're onto the benefits of honey. While there are many uses of honey, I'll be focusing on my favorite benefit. If you're a true ...

http://www.brookes-kitchen.com/2013/07/healthy-low-carb-pizza-crust.html
Wednesday, 3 July 2013. Healthy Low Carb Pizza Crust. I don't eat pizza. Or pasta. Or rice. Or bread. And I am not sorry for this. So I gave in and ate whatever I felt like for a few months ignoring my normal food bans. And do you know what? Not surprisingly I lost weight. However I still like to eat lots of food, just good food, like this healthy pizza. Came with a cauliflower in it I knew great things were about to happen. And how they did! The pizza base is paleo, gluten-free, low carb, protein rich a...
