It really is so easy to make at home and absolutely delicious! You will need 100g raw almonds (skins on) and about 1 litre of filtered water. Rinse the almonds well, cover with water and soak overnight. Once the skins pop off you know they are ready. Simply pick up a nut and give it a squeeze. The milk tends to be more mellow with skins on.
