Now I don’t have to use my phone camera to take nice pictures of my food hahah). I realized after I ate my post-workout meal today that I should have taken a picture of it and posted it on here and blogged about it and my workout but, now that I want to do this idea I will keep this beaut by my side when making dishes.

My mom found this recipe on a diabetic site awhile ago, I don’t remember where. But we have been making it a lot cause it is so good! It is super easy to make and have I mentioned how good it is? 12 ounces of ground turkey. 15 ounces of kidney beans (canned without salt) ( also drain). 16 ounces of tomato sauce (no salt added).

Things got better – Pulling myself out of that black hole of depression was the hardest thing I’ve done in my life…but over the last few weeks I’ve fallen back into it. I hate myself for it! I don’t know if I can do it all again – I know I want to but the determination is somewhere buried under all the anxiety, shame and self hate. I just wish I had somebody that I could talk to.
