WinterHawksFan: October 2010
http://winterhawksfan.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
This is a blog about the Portland Winter Hawks, from a fans view of the organization. Saturday, October 23, 2010. In the last couple of games Mac looked confident and unphased at the play in front of him. He wasn't just mechanical as many young goalies are becoming, he was involved. He played the way you want a goalie to play, it is all about the player the puck and the goal line. Mac has that all going right now. Sunday, October 17, 2010. I do find it interesting that Portland keeps dressing Keith Hamil...

This is a blog about the Portland Winter Hawks, from a fans view of the organization. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Well the first home preseason game in quite some time happened last night in the MC. While I was impressed with many aspects of the game, you could also see that not only were the players not quite ready for the opening face off of the year, but also game operations, the refs and many other areas were not ready either. On to the Everett Pre Season Tourney, and I know, it was only preseason.

This is a blog about the Portland Winter Hawks, from a fans view of the organization. Monday, July 27, 2009. 2009 - 2010 Right around the Corner. Well, the summer is going by quickly. With the temps reaching triple digits in Portland, it is hard to believe that camp will open in less then a month. Several key roles on this team for 09 - 10 are up for grabs. It should be an exciting camp with several players battling for not only playing time, but roster spots as well. That will develop during camp.

This is a blog about the Portland Winter Hawks, from a fans view of the organization. Monday, March 29, 2010. Spokane and Portland Part 6. The "Red" team showed up tonight and won another game. making it 6 wins in a row for the team wearing the red sweaters. the Team in the White Sweaters have been beaten and played with low confidence all series long. So what gives. Did we all watch the Road Warrior and think wouldn't it be cool to have the road team win all seven games in a series? Calgary vs. MH.

This is a blog about the Portland Winter Hawks, from a fans view of the organization. Friday, May 22, 2009. 2009 - 2010 Tickets. I like many other Hawk Ticket holders got a very fancy packet in the mail recently. I have to admit that I have not fully looked through everything, but the highlights include not only a fancy folder with DVD included, but also information about ticket prices, how the games will be setup in each building and even more options as a ticket holder. This is a blog about the Portland Winter Hawks, from a fans view of the organization. Saturday, March 28, 2009. Reese and company looked very comfortable moving the puck and finding quality scoring opportunities. Hopefully rookie F Spencer Asuchak will be OK as he went flying into the side boards while trying to through a check late in the third. The game was stopped for a good ten minutes as Asuchak was taken off the ice on a backboard. Sunday, March 22, 2009. WHL First Round 2009 Part 2. I stil think S...

WinterHawksFan: November 2010
http://winterhawksfan.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
This is a blog about the Portland Winter Hawks, from a fans view of the organization. Monday, November 01, 2010. Well, that was the Rockets weekend, and I guess Parents Weekend part 1? It was an odd weekend to have the parents in, unless the Hawks are planning another weekend after the deadline? I expected the team to introduce the parents as they have in years past, but I guess that was a different event? He has won a Memorial Cup, knows the league and would add some real gritty experience to the roster.
