Current Rates and Fees. OUR CURRENT RATES ARE:. Beginning with the January 2013 water bill, this will be the first rate increase since November 2008. It is a 4% increase. First 0-1,000 gallons. Next 5,000 gallons. 1291 per each thousand gallons. Next 4,000 gallons. 1161 per each thousand gallons. Each 1,000 gallons over 10,000. 1032 per each thousand gallons over 10,000. 3000 Must be honored w/cash or money order. 7500 Disconnection for non-payment. 3500 Any patron applying for service.
