What is the point of this story? Your clearinghouse for information about former Prime Minister Sir MacKenzie Bowell. Apparently. Sunday, October 31, 2004. Is now predicting and electoral tie, a conclusion it reaches by taking my own predictions. And moving Minnesota and Iowa into the Kerry column and New Mexico into the Bush column (and also by predicting the the Maine, Nebraska, and Colorado electoral votes remain unsplit, which seems pretty safe).
