Me, myself and I, my weight loss journey. Monthly Archives: January 2014. I’m coming into 2014 with some trepidation as I know as a family there are some challenges that we will be facing that there is no escape from (divorce, dementia and diets). I have completely given up on weight loss in the last few weeks and am probably back to my starting weight in 2012. Positive attitude has to be enforced (after I get rid of the last Christmas chocs and the chest infection that is making me feel miserable).

Me, myself and I, my weight loss journey. Mushy Pea Chicken Curry. Easy to make, quick and very tasty. Looks like chip shop curry and Syn free 😛. 4 chicken breasts cubed. 2 tins of mushy peas. 1 tin of chopped tomatoes. 1 tin of baked beans. 1 heaped tablespoon of curry powder. Cook the chicken and onions in fry light, blend the rest of the ingredients and then cook on hob for around 20/30 minutes. Served with slimming world chips. November 18, 2013. residents against care home closure - Home
Carmarthenshire County Council has voted to keep Caemaen and St Paul's Care Homes open as Residential Care homes run by the Local Authority for the forseea. WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUPPORTED THE CAMPAIGN AND IN CONSEQUENCE THE RESIDENTS OF THE CARE HOMES. WHEN THEY WERE TOLD THAT THEIR HOME WAS SAVED THE RELIEF AND HAPPINESS. THAT THEY SHOWED WAS HEART WARMING TO SEE. The above celebration was captured by the Llanelli STAR. Care of the elderly is an essential part of our society.

Me, myself and I, my weight loss journey. I’m coming into 2014 with some trepidation as I know as a family there are some challenges that we will be facing that there is no escape from (divorce, dementia and diets). I have completely given up on weight loss in the last few weeks and am probably back to my starting weight in 2012. I am going to HAVE to do it this year as I have a trip to Rome in October and that is involving lots of walking, queuing and doesn’t account for my weight. January 1, 2014.
