I just had to read this article. For my Family 160 class and thought I would share. The website has other neat articles and resources for marriage as well. The article starts a little ways down the page. Look for INTENTIONAL MARRIAGE: YOUR RITUALS WILL SET YOU FREE. In Limbo, again. Graduating in April.maybe? Graduating in April…maybe? I have been in school for. Too long. The online program offered through BYU-Idaho is great, except that it is a long, slow. That could quite possibility kill me. That's wh...

This is the letter Chris wrote me for Christmas. Best gift ever! It all started with a bang! And I loved every minute of it. You were all that I could think of and all that I thought I wanted. In fact my mind was so preoccupied with you my grades slipped dramatically. But I didn’t care; I knew I had to have you. After a little coxing and a lot of magnificent guitar playing I was able to win your heart, although you already had mine. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Savannah's impersonation of Braden. I was getting Savannah ready for bed. She had just finished her bath and we were rubbing lotion on her when she started to make this silly crying noise. I asked her what she was doing. She was crying the way Braden does when he gets out of the bath and I am rubbing lotion on him. I got out my camera and got this video of it:. And it was a dang good impersonation too! Although he's gotten bigger since then so he doesn't sound like that anymore.they grow up too fast.

Braden Pierce will be here May 4th. He has insisted on being breech and so I have a scheduled c-section Wednesday morning! Can't believe he will be here in 4 days :) Guess I better get the bed ready! So, I was already having an emotional day (these seem to be coming more frequently these days.dang hormones! And so the following experience only made my emotional day more emotional, however it was all the emotions during the day and more combined into about a 30 second time period. Then I'm not sure what e...

Savannah jumped off the potty before she was done. As she was walking out of the bathroom, in the nude, she peed right where the carpet started! She ran from it yelling "ew ew ew" I was dying laughing! She continued to say "pee pee, pee pee, ew! In a very panicked tone. I only wish I had caught it on video. This morning Savannah and I ate our breakfast on the patio while watching the rain! Then we planted our garden. Savannah likes to help me water it. She points to the dirt and says "EW!

Savannah and I were reading scriptures together. I decided to read 1 Nephi with her because I didnt have the kids version (its on Chris's ipad that he had at work) and there were a few words in there I knew she would understand. We got to the part about "goodly parents" and Savannah pipes up, "OH! Oh yeah. No, you're not!

This morning Savannah decided to stand up in her chair and then preceded to sit back down, only problem was the chair wasn't where her bum was going. From across the kitchen I said "WHOA WHOA WHOA! She corrected it, sat down and a few minutes later I hear, "whoa whoa whoa! Guess I better be careful what I say from now on, Repeat is always around. Probably one of my favorite memories while we were there was when she passed by the bathroom when I was straightening my hair. She gave me a funny look and ...

So I realized I've failed to put up pictures of Braden. I have a few that I have taken with my phone camera so they are not great, but they are still pictures. My AWESOME friend Bekah took pictures for me, but I havent gotten them yet because she was in the middle of trying to move and also just had a new baby when she took them! She was SOOO sweet to take his picture in the middle of all that chaos! Thanks Bekah, you're the best. Savannah is going to school! She's going to be so excited when I tell her!

More like carpet adventures.don't worry I have a good carpet cleaner handy. We are using the Potty Training in Three Days or Less. Day 1 (Wednesday Aug 25): Sat on the potty every 5 minutes (her choice, not mine) incredibly still managed to pee EVERYWHERE but in the potty. After a few #2 accidents on the carpet I decided I had had enough for the day. Plus I wasn't feeling very well. More or less, I. Was not ready for Potty training. So we put on a diaper. We are loving Boise. We took the kids out to a local farm "Linder Farm". Every Halloween they have a corn maze, corn box, "slide", hay ride, pumpkin patch, etc. It was a blast! Back to why I was proud of them. We've been struggling with the "I wanna"'s lately. You know what I'm talking about. The I wanna ride this! I wanna do this! I wanna buy this! I want it NOW! Here are the pictures from the night. Some are a little blurry because they were so excited they were moving too fast! Now that she is closer ...
