Thursday, February 26, 2015. I love stuffed peppers. But I am alone in that love in this household. Here is a much simpler, time saving recipe that tastes just like stuffed peppers. The bonus is that the recipe can easily be cut in half if you are a lone pepper fan in your house. Some things in cooking are a 'given' that you should always do but just in case you were wondering.
