I have never had this before, but had always heard that it was so complicated and took so long to prepare. Like a 2 day process, which seems a little ridiculous. But anyway, this one was simple and delicious! I did a few things different than what the recipe called for, but is that a suprise to anyone? Hey, it is on my diet! And freshly ground black pepper.

Now, I have to be honest, I have always been a little suspicious of pot pies. What are the trying to hide under that yummy crust?
