Valerie Sherrard: September 2009
http://valeriesherrard.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 13, 2009. There's a GOLDFISH In My Shoe! Is it really a whole year since the first picture book came out? Apparently, yes. And now the second one is in bookstores. I like to believe that the story is fun, but it's the off-the-wall zaniness of the illustrations that I think will really appeal to children. They are wild and crazy and quirky enough to delight kids and adults alike. For example, when Oscar's mom tires of his endless chatter and tells him to hold his tongue .

Valerie Sherrard: Random Acts
http://valeriesherrard.blogspot.com/2015/02/normal-0-false-false-false-en-ca-x-none.html
Tuesday, March 8, 2016. In the haze of a food-induced stupor, Zoey Dalton and her best friends Bean and Jenna make a pledge to begin performing random acts of kindness—anonymously. What if the random acts of kindness are unwanted and misunderstood? That, of course, would be a different story. This story, in fact. News Updates for Random Acts! Kicked off by DeMar DeRozan!
