Amanda, Madison, and Makenna. Thursday, March 17, 2011. February started off with a trip to the circus! My mom and I took Madison, Makenna, Melissa, and Jake. There were lots of acts, but the elephants and tigers were Madison’s favorites. On February 10th, Makenna turned four months old! Since I hit that a few weeks ago, I decided to shoot for 30 lbs. Now that I am 30 lbs down, I'm going to shoot for 40 lbs. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. We LOVE Monterey. Not only do we get to pass garlic and artichoke farms on the drive down, but the city itself isn't too bad! We got a family pass to the amazing Monterey Bay aquarium, it's right on the coast next to the board walk and beach. Saturday, December 5, 2009. This year Alex and I went to Alpine to spend Thanksgiving with Alma and his family. We spent the whole week playing with the kids, hanging out. and eating YUMMY food (his house is like a restaurant, a delicious restaurant! We had A LOT of FUN! On Thanksgiving day we took the kids to the park for a pre-meal workout. (Alma made me go running earlier in 30 degree weather for our pre-meal workout! Valeria and Momo swinging. Tuesday, April 27, 2010. I was able to fly to NYC and stay with my BFFs. Yes, it was AWESOME. And, yes I had SO much fun! I've never been to NY when the weather was nice (always in the winter), my week there was PERFECT. I was able to do everything that I planned for my trip!
