Visa and other entry problem. The best season for touring in Tibet is from April to October.But various route has its own golden times:. ALhasa, Tsedang, Shigatse:As the weather and tourism facilities in these places are relatively better, So you can visit them anytime for enjoying the breathtaking scenery! BLhasa- -the border of Nepal/China: This area is not available for tourists from Dec-Jan because of the sowed land; every August, the rain season, landslide will be occurred! P O T A L A . P A L A C E. Walk around the back of the palace reveals its more fortress-like nature. The palace is divided into the "white palace," which is primarily used for administrative and residential purposes, and the "red palace," which houses the important spiritual areas.

The medieval push and shove of crowds, the street performers, the stalls hawking everything from prayer flags to jewel-encrusted yak skulls, and the devout tapping their foreheads to the ground at every step is an exotic brew that few newcomers can resist. Being Tibet's most sacred site in Lhasa, pilgrims from around the country come here to pray and make the clockwise "kora" around its perimeter.
