One of my mom's maids is gonna leave tomorrow. 2 years of working. From ba-ka to pro-ka. I do respect them, to be honest. Not to mention the age gap,. And to their jobs. My house wouldn't have been this clean and tidy. Sometimes, the place gets really dirty and messy. If there weren't them, it would have been an eyesore.

1)約束帶的海綿直接環繞手腕或足踝之處，穿過鐵環與魔術帶黏貼固定，將另外兩條約束帶反繞一圈打活結後，固定於床板下的支架。 2)三個月內病童選擇2＂* 2＂紗布或即棄式紙巾環繞病童手腕，再用2吋紗繃以雙套結固定手腕並以安全別針固定於床單上。 3)三個月以上病童選擇2"×2"、4"×4"紗布即棄式紙巾環繞病童手腕再用4吋紗繃以雙套結固定手腕，固定於床板下的支架。 4)每隔2小時，輪流放鬆約束處5分鐘，協助翻身及作肢體運動。 2)將4＂* 4＂紗布或即棄式治療巾，作成圓柱狀捲握於手掌心。 4)先將即棄式治療巾或紗布包裹拳頭再以紗繃頭端環繞二圈在掌中間，直向反回包紮約8 10圈之後。 7)每天需拆除約束將手部清洗拭乾，無切膠布上註明日期、時間。 3每次約束解除後，若需執行另一次約束，應重新簽署同意書。 5病人家屬不在現場，但經醫師診斷不得不約束病人，應請社工人員或警衛代為見證簽署。 9注意皮膚完整性，每30分鐘觀察皮膚顏色，注意血循。每2小時解開、鬆約束帶一次，並協助病患翻身，執行局部皮膚護理及全關節運動。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).
