Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Wow has it been that long? My goodness I cannot believe that I haven't posted in over 2 months! For those of you who actually read my blog, I apologize. Life with 3 kids 8, 15months, and 2 months is a very time consuming job and doesn't leave me with much free time to sit down and type! Ok not sure where I should begin.I guess with Jenna since she is the oldest! She weighs 65 lbs and is 48 inches tall! I am looking forward to a fun, busy summer with all of my kids! Friday, February 7, 2014. What we ate, week two:. Butterscotch pots de creme. Penne with Rao's sauce (worth the $ ). Pita and store-bought hummus, drizzled with olive oil (makes all the difference). Lots of pancakes (I always replace half the milk with plain full-fat yogurt or sour cream). Coconut rice (inspired by Jeff's time in Madagascar):. 1 small yellow onion, diced. 1 C Basmati or jasmine rice. 2 C Full-fat coconut milk. Tuesday, January 28, 2014. What we ate last week:.
