Raising Nola in Bama. Thursday, October 31, 2013. Nola said she wanted to Ariel, so I bought her the costume. But when the day came, she would have none of that and was a cheerleader instead! We went with our neighbors 2 girls and had a great time. Nola really loved it this year but wanted to hand out candy more than she wanted to Trick or Treat! Sunday, October 20, 2013. Boo at the Zoo. I recently took GA and Lizzie for their annual checkups (GA's was 6 months late, but she wasn't due for any shots so I just waited to do them together! Poor Lizzie had to get 4 shots! It was so sad, but that wasn't as miserable to deal with as Grace Ann getting her blood pressure checked! 43 pounds (25th Percentile). 45 inches (also 25th Percentile). 35 pounds (50th Percentile). 41 inches (75th Percentile). A visit to Homestead Farms…. April 22, 2013. Today, in honor of Earth Day, Homestead Farms. Here in Keller, celebrated with snow cones, hayrides, and their animals. So, we packed up and headed out there with Ellie and Jessica to enjoy the festivities. The girls first visited the chickens, and I had to warn Kaylin to not to pet the chickens for fear of them plucking her little fingers. Ha! Girls can milk a goat too, ya know! In the barn we got to feed the goats some delicious hay! But it was a good laugh!
