It's not denial, I'm just selective about the reality I accept. Going “poo” free. I Stumbled across this blog by Simple Mom. And she had an article about going shampoo free. She talks about how shampoo is a detergetn and how it upsets your scalp’s natural oils and the like. She then talks about using a mixture of one tablespoon of baking soda mixed in one cup of water on your hair. I thought. 8220;What the hell, I have a three day weekend and it can’t hurt.”. So now I’m trying it.
