Essential Oils in the Fall. 4 drops Douglas fir, 2 drops cypress, 2 drops patchouli, 2 drops juniper berry. 4 drops cedarwood, 3 drops cassia, 3 drops wild orange, 2 drops juniper berry. 3 drops cinnamon, 3 drops ginger, 2 drops clove, 2 drops cardamom. A staple in my medicine cabinet during the fall and winter months are the DoTERRA On Guard Softgels. Another one of my favourite aspects of fall is, of course, food! Roasted Butternut Squash Soup. Cup medium diced onion.
