Thursday, September 30, 2010. When the sea is too rough for swimming, you can always play "catch a wave". Not horizontally, like a surfer might, but vertically, simply for the pleasure of the temporary lift. Getting drowned isn't my idea of fun, so instead of fighting with the waves in Agios Gordios. Beach in Corfu, I just sat at a seaside cafe and took photos. This is one of my favourites. And this is a very nice shot of folks having fun! October 1, 2010 at 2:18 PM. October 1, 2010 at 5:48 PM.

Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Last week I visited Buckingham Palace, the official London residence of Queen Elizabeth II. What we saw of the palace was very impressive, but unfortunately photography isn't allowed. Once outside in the gardens, you can take as many pictures are you like, so here is one of mine. We've had twice as much rain as you'd expect for the time of year, appox. 9 mm more than we had in the incredibly wet month of June 2007. And the mean temperature was a very fresh 12.3C or 54.14F. Superhero Halloween in Westlake, Texas. Easter, otherwise known as the ketosis killer until kids finish off all this chocolate. Couple of office pictures. Sledding through the snow fort. First snow fort of 2013 and accompanying sled run. Oh, the fun that awaits! I recently switched to a standing desk and a treadmill.
