Who conducts a RAPS Rating assessment is just as important as the assessments themselves. All official RAPS Rating assessments are performed by licensed and certified professionals, who include physical therapists and assistants, certified athletic trainers, personal trainers and strength and conditioning specialists. An unofficial version of the assessment can be run with a stop watch and measuring tape by a coach, athlete or parent. 2016 RAPS Rating System.
