A little taste of home.sometimes we do get a little homesick, and after talking to my mom and sister yesterday i felt it again! They were telling me all about their fun "girls weekend" in seattle, and yes, i did get a little jealous. so i thought i would make some good 'ol chocolate chip cookies to make me feel better. i used your recipe mom, but they just dont turn out the same with the hungarian ingredients.but good enough! Just a quick update since we will be gone for the next week, beth. Left our presence on tuesday. And are currently enjoying the sunsets of venice. Well this last week was busy again, not quite as busy as the week before so i promise not as long of run-on sentences. But no guarantees there, so hold your breath. Just think of it as lung capacity exercises ok vicky! We had our regular ministries, Olga on monday, office on tuesday, wednesday clothing bazzar. BalatonNet Conference.and a bike ride. So last night we got back from the first ever keswick conference in Hungary. it was conference combined with a missions expo also. we were part of the team that stood at the OM booth and answered any questions about OM and tried to recruit others to join also. Luis Palau was the main speaker of the conference along with many other hungarian pastors. we greatly enjoyed the teachings and it was a. So in our free time we found ourselves enjoying the waters of the lake.

3 in the nation. Not bad for a team made up of 75% first year players. Although we had a disappointing. Day yesterday (with a loss of the first game) ,the boys were able to get things together and pull off a huge win today. after going down 8-1 in the third. They were able to manage the improbable. In the last inning to tie the game. and then in the first extra inning were able to open things up to score 12 runs. we've decided they just enjoy watching us coaches. Go crazy while they cooly. Well i guess this may be the last post for this blog.if we start a new one, who knows, but we will let you all in! We just wanted to say thanks to all who came out on saturday. we were so amazed and overwhelmed by the support and to see so many people out. in the end there were about 125 people there. apparently the goulash soup went over well (so we are told) i will post the recipe at the end of this because i have had so many requests for it! Time seems to be just flying. I don't know how we have already found ourselves almost in the new year but we have, and as we look back over the last year its has just flown by. this time last year we were living in lynnettes. Parents basement, soon to be moving to my parents place soon to be heading off to hungary.
