September 6, 2006, 12:20 pm. Filed under: Our Daily Blog. Its a good morning. I felt pretty tired as I was waking up but now that I’m awake I feel full of energy. I’ve lost 3lbs but I’m sure its all water weight….although I’ve been working out for 2 weeks now and the scale hasn’t budged so maybe this raw-challenge is what my body needed to start letting go of some pounds. I’m going to have a green smoothie for breakfast. Green smoothie for breakfast really filled me up! Salad for lunch was very filling.

September 6, 2006, 1:40 am. Today I was pretty tired and actually felt weak! This is by far much harder than I thought it would be for me. Yesterday seemed easier as far as cravings…. Today I am craving everything! Meat especially. I think it’s because I just recently started to taper off my meat intake so my body is in total shock! I have lost 4 pounds but I really think it’s because I’m drinking lots of water and it’s flushing me out. I have a headache now but I think it’s sinuses. 3 Comments so far.

I’m going to have a green smoothie today but I’m going to juice some carrots and turip greens, lemon and an apple and add it to my smoothie of bok choy, parsley, blueberries and bananas. I’ll update later on how it tasted. Breakfast drink was pretty good I’ve discovered I do not like Turnip greens but I vowed to finish them and they are now gone! Smoothie really filled me up. Monday, October 30, 2006. I Like to Move it, Move it. Wednesday is moving day! What does this mean for me? I am trying to keep the stress monster at bay.getting my vitamins (especially C and B's), drinking tons of water, getting lots of sleep and trying to avoid things like coffee and alcohol. I am also taking lots of breaks between boxes to relax and meditate to stay nice and centered. I am also eating lots of DULSE! Sorry for the stolen image but my camera gear is packed away.
