Especially ones where a guy does a set of bench presses and then stands around checking himself out in the mirror for 5 min before doing another set. Fuck that! Unless you're an elite powerlifter there is no need to train to be a one pump chump! When you perform circuit training you train both muscular strength and cardiovascular system getting the best of both worlds!
