You Can Write, But You Can't Edit: January 2013
http://neveredit.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
You Can Write, But You Can't Edit. The poetry and writing blog of Hayley Foster Da Silva aka DJ Moonlight. Tuesday, 1 January 2013. Reluctantly opening my eyes. Dare I lift the cover yet? The room is spinning. I hope this is the worst it will get. As the day goes on. Fragments of memories of last night return in a haze. No wonder my heads in a daze. Drinking that old friend Rum and Coke,. Getting kissed on the cheek by some bloke. Dancing to soul and motown. In a packed room, getting down.

Wonderland: July 2010
http://rxkitten.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, 8 July 2010. A wise old fox. I have watched the heavy walls encroach. The land that once was free. Welcome, an outdated concept. A refugee made of the wild. We must now hide. Once graceful, cunning. Reduced to rubbish bag cowardice. Survival of the fittest'. Over used by the weak. Strength only in guns. Starved jaws of our cousins. Wiping hands from afar. I go running in the night. The dark so embracive. How I long for human accountability. Freeing the innocent from shame. Links to this post.

You Can Write, But You Can't Edit: Lifetime of Words
http://neveredit.blogspot.com/2013/02/lifetime-of-words.html
You Can Write, But You Can't Edit. The poetry and writing blog of Hayley Foster Da Silva aka DJ Moonlight. Sunday, 3 February 2013. As you get older,. Do the words grow colder? What once came pouring out. Now I'm lucky if I get the odd spout. Looking back, it makes me feel proud. I wish my inspiration now could be so loud. The words would form beautiful patterns. Now I search for them like hidden treasure. Locked somewhere deep beneath. It's like to unlock them would be a forbidden sin.

Wonderland: Sandcastles in the rain
http://rxkitten.blogspot.com/2010/10/sandcastles-in-rain.html
Thursday, 28 October 2010. Sandcastles in the rain. An Alzheimer's expression - for Roy). The sun shines brighter. Than it ever did before. And it shines brighter. Than it ever did before. Confusion at the sounds. You search for peace. But second devours second. And you cant remember why. We must replace metaphor with meaning. You wonder in the dark. We are calling your name. Losing a little daily. You can't understand our tears. Or fear or shame. No reason in rhyme. Anger at blank pages.

Wonderland: May 2010
http://rxkitten.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Friday, 28 May 2010. The naphthalene days are over. Her bones become the earth. Heady, musky aroma. Fighting off the little enemies. That we now embrace. Give reason to our plight. Our hearts grow melancholy. Winding trees envelope the truth. I'd give my heart to them. If only they could provide the proof. Is there light beyond the dark. Sipping from saucered cup. The little things more than blessed. Free to again feel pleasure. Released from the pain. Eyes like new born open. And the power to regain.
