OEM no longer available so the gearbox was returned to Re-mech for re-engineering. High bearing temperatures had been recorded whilst in service. New GA Drawing prepared together with all component drawings for client. Dis-assemble gearbox and clean all component parts. Record findings of each part. Prepare manufacturing drawings of all parts. Prepare new GA drawing. Manufacture new parts as required for gearbox. Re-assemble and no load test gearbox. New parts manufactured and fitted.
