Dr Rebecca Joslin is a psychologist at the Disability Determination Section, a state agency located in Tennessee. She is an expert in mental retardation and attributes much of her success to her perseverance. Dr. Joslin was a member of the American Psychological Association. She served as adjunct professor at Trevecca Nazarene University, Argosy University and Tennessee State University. She shares her experiences with the Elite Radio Network.
