Everyone has remedies, organic living foods are mine. What is a remedy. Webster defines it as a medicine, application or treatment that relieves or curves a disease. I define it as enjoyable therapy to treat the mind, body and soul. Healthy eating and living is the finest therapy you can get. Being in tune with what you are putting in your body and knowing that you could be preventing diseases and increasing your longevity can be quite rewarding. Healthy hearts = happy hearts.
