They’ll tell you that I love the cheesy goodness more than just about any other food. It’s just so delicious. Anyone can make the stuff from a box (the Kraft Mac. 8221; you may say. YOU’RE EATING MAC AND CHEESE! IT’S NOT A FREAKING SALAD! You can indulge just this once. Come on, try it. It holds the sauce better).

Shawn's Food Blog. November 27, 2012. Some time ago I started a diet called the slow-carb diet. One of my favorite recipes, and the first I posted, is my chili. It’s hearty and, conveniently, makes 6 servings. But there were two problems. The first was the brown sugar. Sure, it adds a nice subtle sweetness to the chili. But it’s not 100% necessary. So I pulled that out of the recipe to make it good for slow-carbing. The second issue was the McCormick seasoning. 2 Tbsp Chili Powder. 1 tsp Onion Powder.

October 1, 2012. 1 lb Chicken, cut to thin strips. 1 pkg Stir-fry Vegetables. 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce. 1/2 cup warm water. 1/4 cup corn starch. 3 cups cooked rice. 1 Onion, julienned. Saute onion and chicken in large wok. Add teriyaki sauce, water, and sugar. Season to taste (you can use ginger, garlic, or any other spices). Add Stir-fry veggies. For me, I think it's the topping she makes that makes this meal so good. 1 lb Ground Beef. 1 lb Ground Turkey. 1/2 C Bread Crumbs. 1 Med Onion, diced and sauteed. 1/4 C BBQ Sauce. 1/4 C Brown Sugar. Mix the meat with the eggs, bread crumbs, seasoning, and onions. Mix the mustard, ketchup, bbq sauce, and sugar in a separate bowl. Put the meat mixture in a prepared cupcake pan.
