The quantities proposed by the recipe are enough to prepare one double "crust" of pastry. Peel apples, cut thin, sprinkling with a cup and half of lemon juice. In a large bowl, put a cup of sugar, a tablespoon of flour, a pinch of nutmeg, half teaspoon of cinnamon, adding all to the apples. Pour the remaining lemon juice.
