Just another WordPress.com site. TWD- Baking with Julia- Hungarian Shortbread. May 1, 2012. I was so pleased when I read the Hungarian Shortbread recipe. I moved into my home eight years ago. Every April/May two beautiful bunches of rhubarb spring up from the ground and mark the change of seasons. Every year I swear I will make something delicious with them and most years I don’t. This year I went down to the backyard with a purpose and cut this gorgeous bunch of rhubarb. I will consider making this reci...

Crazy Redhead Life: Party... Chemistry style
http://crazyredheadlife.blogspot.com/2009/04/party-chemistry-style.html
What this blog is for:. Thursday, April 23, 2009. Actually, I lied. That was probably my favorite part: the nerdy jokes. That's why I love those people- their simultaneous coolness and nerdyness and total self-acceptance. While watching that movie in a basement classroom of the chemistry building, I realized I'm definitely going to miss them this summer- nitrile gloves and all. Labels: a goofy movie. April 23, 2009 at 10:06 PM. Hahaha ohhhh science majors. Bonding and antibonding experiences.

The Family That Bakes Together…. Five women, three generations, one cookbook. In Baking With Julia. Asymp; 15 Comments. Ah baking, how I have missed it so! With school and homework, I haven’t gotten the chance to bake recently, but with my two weeks off for spring break, I took full advantage of the free time to do whatever I want and that included making Madeleines. I quite enjoyed the end product and hope that I will get to make them again someday! This week’s hosts are: Katie and Amy Thisdell. Agree w...

Rustic Potato Loaves | The Family That Bakes Together...
https://thefamilythatbakestogether.wordpress.com/2013/04/02/rustic-potato-loaves
The Family That Bakes Together…. Five women, three generations, one cookbook. In Baking With Julia. Asymp; 19 Comments. Floury russet potatoes were a staple of my childhood. Baked, mashed, or boiled, they were on the table several times a week, until they were supplanted by Yukon golds. These days, they’re mostly forgotten in our houses, with so many varieties of potatoes grown locally. Sieglinde. Is my favourite variety lately and I’m looking forward to seeing them in the market again this summer. April...
