She was also really helpful both before and after the labor. She helped us think through how to handle family members, whether we wanted photos taken, which things to bring with us to the hospital, etc. A couple weeks after birth, she came to visit and had great suggestions for handling some of the difficulties we were experiencing. Mostly, she's a sweet, wonderful person and has just the presence you'd want to help you through the intense, trying time that labor is. Can't recommend her highly enough!

So I hit the ground running as I often do and will be opening a full service, free-standing, birth center in Harrisonburg. This summer. I am ecstatic about this endeavor and so thankful for all of the wonderful friends and family that have been supporting me along the way. Thank you!
